Planitherm is a glass subjected to a surface treatment which gives it the property of low emissivity. This feature allows a significant reduction in solar gain, while maintaining a high light transmission coefficient. The use of Planitherm glass as a component in a double glazing Climalit provides better performance in terms of thermal insulation. A low-emissivity glass allows the penetration of the majority of the sun's short-wave solar radiation and reflects most of the long-wave radiation, which produces, among other sources, the heating systems, being preserved inside the environments. In summer, it allows to reduce up to a 40% the energetic contributions that go through the glasses, and in winter, the thermal insulation capacity is 35% higher than with a glass without the low emissivity treatment. In summary, its efficiency to delay the flow of heat losses or gains between the temperatures of the air on both sides of the glass is greater than a DVH (double tight glass).
It should be used as an internal component of the Climalit double glazing, with the face treated in position 3 and in contact with the air chamber.

Waterproofing roof system, composed of a self-protected asphalt sheet on its surface with Noxite® granules (titanium dioxide), which is a decontaminating agent by photo-catalysis, which reduces the atmospheric pollution. Noxite® covering the NOx-Activ® sheet, under the effect of UVA rays of sunlight, causes a decomposition of contaminating oxides (NOx) in by-products that are evacuated by rainwater. The decontaminating effect obtained is permanent throughout the service life of the waterproofing.

Green roofs systems, with the possibility of a wide variety of uses. A complete and specific system is commercialized for this application. The system is based on a draining system on which the substrate is placed. This system contemplates three types of draining elements for different applications: extensive landscaping on sloping roofs, extensive landscaping for high demands and intensive for low demands and for multiple uses of landscaped roofs. The system, besides the drainage, has studied different types of substrates, the vegetation to be planted and the possible crossable areas. The drainage sheet and the polypropylene felts are made of recycled material. The substrates use aggregates of recycled stony materials in their composition.
It has a DAPc (Environmental Product Declaration). The data of the DAPc make reference to the average of the slate sector of Galicia and Castilla Leon that belong to the National Federation of the Slate.
The product included is a median representative blackboard of the Spanish slater sector and that includes different slate formats.
The main recommended use for this product is the coating for covers thanks to its properties of impermeability, resistance to frost, resistance to bending and durability.
There are different slate formats ranging from small formats such as 32x22 cm to the larger ones, such as 50x25 cm. The thicknesses can range from 3.5 mm to 4.5 mm.

Vegetation cover system divided into two categories: extensive covers and intensive covers. Extensive covers usually have a substrate thickness less than 15 cm and are designed to allow the growth of plant species with little water needs. They are usually non-crossable and their maintenance is low. These covers incorporate recycled elements in both drainage systems and substrates. Intensive decks have a larger substrate thickness, allowing the development of a broad spectrum of plant species; they are usually crossable, incorporate irrigation and their maintenance is higher than in the extensive covers. The vegetal covers provide acoustic and thermal insulation, and provide a good protection of the building structure.
