Exlabesa is a business group founded in 1966 that is dedicated to the extrusion of aluminium and PVC, offering a variety of products for architecture and industry, from the 7 production plants that it has present in 40 countries of the 3 continents.
In order to offer increasingly lighter, more reliable products with less impact on the environment, it has registered the DAPcons® NTe.004 The extrusion and lacquering processes of the aluminium profiles are carried out at the Exlabesa de Valga facilities ( Pontevedra, Spain), and the anodizing process is carried out at the Rols facilities (La Coruña, Spain), the profile cutting of the curtain wall systems is carried out in workshops throughout Spain.
The ARS-62 HO, ARS-72 HO and ARS-72 HO C16 windows from EXLABESA are windows made with lacquered / anodized aluminium profiles, with thermal break, double / triple glazing and with hinged openings.
The company ReMa Ingeniería SL, an affiliated member of the DAPconstruc-tion® Program, has overseen this DAPcons® subsequently verified by ITEC. It is valid until May 2026 and is based on UNE-EN 17213: 2020 "Product category rules for windows and pedestrian doors"
This is an Environmental Product Declaration "from the cradle to the grave", that is, the environmental impacts of the product are analysed considering the stage of manufacture, construction, use and end of life.
