Gresmanc Group began to create extruded ceramics more than 25 years ago, becoming one of the most important companies in the ceramics cluster in Spain. They have a range of products in various areas such as residential and technical paving, swimming pools and, as the case may be, ventilated ceramic facade.
In order to offer products with a lower impact on its environment, it has registered the DAPcons® 100.NTe.002 for medium ceramic plate for ventilated facade.
Favemanc's ceramic ventilated façade represents an innovative assembly system, based on extruded stoneware slabs in various formats and finishes. The design of the ceramic plates has an internal camera that strengthens them, increasing the thermal and acoustic insulation of the building.
The company ReMa-INGENIERÍA, S.L. has been responsible for preparing this DAPcons® which has been verified by the Institute of Construction Technology of Catalonia. It is valid until June 25, 2025 and is based on the Product Category Rule UNE EN 17160: 2019 Product category rules for ceramic tiles.
This LCA is of the "cradle to door" type, ie it covers the stages of extraction, processing and transport of raw materials and the manufacture of the product.
The DAPconstrucción® Program was born in 2008 with the aim of bringing together manufacturing companies that want to advance in the analysis of the environmental impacts of their products and commit to environmental improvement.
