25-11-2020

PanelSystem, a company specializing in the manufacture of plasterboard partition and partition systems, has registered the DAPcons®.100.021 plasterboard partition system, reinforced with fiberglass and paper pulp, and the DAPcons®.100.022 plasterboard partition system reinforced with fiberglass and paper cellulose.

The DAPcons®.100.021 is a system of partitions composed of industrialized gypsum panels of 7 cm or 9 cm thick reinforced with fiberglass, of variable height up to 2.97 m and with specific solution for heights of 4.60m, composed of lightweight gypsum panels reinforced with fiberglass and paper pulp. The panels have a parallelepiped shape with a joint in the side edges to achieve the coupling of the same. A chemically crosslinked polyurethane foam product of 70 kg / m3 is placed at the joints of the panels with the slabs.

The DAPcons®.100.022 is a partition of two sheets of fiber-reinforced gypsum board (TC7 / TC7, TC7-TC9 or TC9-TC9) separated by a 50 mm thick chamber in which they are placed two acoustic membranes of 2 mm and 3.25 kg / m2 separated by a layer of geotextile wool of 40 mm and 50 kg / m2. In the joints of the panels with the slabs or other constructive elements (pillars, fachadae, etc.) strips of 15 mm of elasticized polystyrene are interposed except in earth, where a product is placed a foam product is placed of chemically crosslinked polyurethane of 70 kg / m3.

The company ReMa-INGENIERÍA, S.L. has been responsible for preparing these DAPcons® which have been verified by the Institute of Construction Technology of Catalonia. They are valid until July 21, 2025 and are based on the CPR Product Rule 100 Construction Products in general. Version 2. 29-02-2016

This LCA is "from the cradle to the grave", ie the environmental impacts of construction solutions are analyzed taking into account all stages: from manufacturing, construction, use to the end of life.

The DAPconstrucción® Program was born in 2008 with the aim of bringing together manufacturing companies that want to advance in the analysis of the environmental impacts of their products and commit to environmental improvement.
