The Park Güell of Barcelona was designed with the aim of making the most of the rainwater in order to convert what was called the "Pelada Mountain" in a zone full of vegetation. On the other hand, Terrassa has an ingenious system to take advantage of water from the water table without the need to use pumps for extraction. The two systems are still functioning today, even partially, which demonstrates their usefulness and validity.
